RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES (U.S. — Texas)

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review the terms below before sending anything back.
Returns
Return window: You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery (the day the carrier shows the package was delivered). After 14 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility requirements:

Item is unused, unworn, and undamaged.

All original packaging, accessories, tags, and protective films are included and in original condition.

A valid order number or proof of purchase is provided.

You obtained a Return Authorization (RMA) before shipping the item back.
Not eligible for return (final sale):

Discounted / sale items

Pre-orders (see note below)
Pre-orders: All pre-orders are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable for any reason (including change of mind, production updates, or delays).
How to start a return (RMA required):

Email info@grandeur-usa.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll reply with RMA instructions if the item qualifies.

Ship the item using a trackable, insured service to the address below.
Returns sent without an RMA or that fail eligibility checks may be refused or returned to sender.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or denial.

If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within up to 30 days. (Banks and card issuers control posting times.)

Original shipping, insurance, and import/customs fees (if any) are non-refundable.

If your return is not approved, we can return the item to you at your expense.

Exchanges
We’re happy to help with exchanges in the cases below:

Defective or damaged on arrival (notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos), or

Unused items returned in original condition and packaging (within the 14-day window).

Pre-orders (no exchanges for any reason)
How exchanges work:

You may exchange for another product of equal or lesser value (subject to availability).

To upgrade to a higher-priced item, please return the original (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.
Return & Exchange Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

We strongly recommend a trackable carrier (UPS, DHL Express, or FedEx) and purchasing shipping insurance.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or we sent the wrong item:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Upon confirmation, we will provide a reasonable remedy, which may include a prepaid return label, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
